We run Bong Backpacker Hostel & Tours — a family-run hostel and adventure-tour operator in Ha Giang, Vietnam, welcoming travellers for over 9 years on the famous Ha Giang Loop.
Like most operators, we started on spreadsheets, chat apps and paper receipts. It didn't scale. So we built our own software: first a booking website, then a real pricing engine, a back-office for logistics, an omnichannel inbox for guest conversations, and finally an AI layer that lets our small team manage the whole catalog conversationally.
Today that platform sells and operates our tours end-to-end, in production, every day. Bong Tour Booking is the productization of that stack — we believe the thousands of small tour operators in Southeast Asia deserve the same tooling the big OTAs have, without a big-OTA budget.
